Access, correct or delete your information

Contact us to request a copy of your information, correct your details or request deletion of your account information, including information associated with Google Sign-In or WhatsApp communications.

1. Email support@youpack.in, using your registered email address where possible.
2. Tell us whether you want access, a correction or deletion. Include your registered email or phone number and any relevant order or enquiry reference.
3. We will review your request and may ask for the information needed to verify your identity.
4. We will explain the action taken and any transaction records that need to be retained for applicable legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

Information that may need to be kept

Deleting an account does not automatically erase invoices, payment records or other information that must be retained. We review data-deletion requests individually.

Do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes by email.
