Privacy Policy

This policy explains how YOUPACK uses information when you browse our website, contact us, use an account or buy packaging and design services.

Information we collect

When you contact YOUPACK, create an account or place an order, we collect the details needed to help you. These may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, GSTIN, order details and payment status.

For custom packaging and design, we also receive the specifications, artwork, files, approvals and messages you share. Sign-in and security services may process device, browser and network information. Online payments are handled by payment service providers; YOUPACK does not collect your card security code or UPI PIN.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and invoices, process orders and payments, deliver products, manage design approvals and provide customer support. We also use necessary information to protect accounts, prevent misuse and maintain business records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed for hosting, account sign-in, email and WhatsApp communications, payment processing, courier delivery and support. For example, a courier needs your delivery address and contact number.

If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive the account information needed to identify you, such as your name, email address and account identifier. Signing in does not give YOUPACK access to your Gmail messages or contacts. Providers may process information in locations outside India under their own privacy and security terms.

WhatsApp communications

With your agreement, YOUPACK may use your WhatsApp number to send requested quotations, invoices, design-review messages, payment reminders and order or delivery updates. When you contact us through WhatsApp, the service processes your number, the information you choose to share and message delivery details.

You can ask us to stop optional WhatsApp messages by contacting support@youpack.in. We will still retain business records that are needed for your transactions or applicable obligations.

Cookies and account storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, account security, shopping-cart and wishlist preferences, and essential website functions. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings; blocking it may affect sign-in or shopping features.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and our website activity reports to understand visits, products viewed, cart activity and orders. Analytics uses a random browser identifier and records public page paths, broad traffic sources, device type and shopping events. We do not send your name, email, phone number, delivery address, GSTIN, artwork, messages or payment credentials to Google Analytics.

Choose Website analytics in Privacy preferences, or choose Essential only. You can change this choice using Privacy preferences in the website footer. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping. Reports describe measured browsers and may not include every visitor. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.

Advertising measurement

If you separately allow Advertising measurement, we share public shopping activity with Meta to measure and improve YOUPACK advertisements. This includes product views, cart and checkout activity, and the value of fully paid, confirmed purchases. Unpaid orders, payment screenshots and partial payments are not recorded as purchases.

Meta receives public page paths without query strings, product references, quantities, purchase values excluding GST and delivery, a private purchase reference, random browser identifiers, IP address and browser information. An actual Meta ad-click identifier may also be included. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, GSTINs, artwork, messages or payment credentials through this measurement.

This choice is separate from Google Analytics and is off until you allow it. Change or withdraw it using Privacy preferences in the footer. A successful withdrawal stops future advertising events from this browser, including pending events. It does not remove information already sent to Meta. Essential shopping works without advertising measurement. Meta may process information outside India under its privacy terms.

IP address and browser information are retained for up to seven days to match a later confirmed payment, and event delivery records for up to 30 days. Contact support@youpack.in for an access or deletion request.

Keeping your information

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. We restrict access to private records and files to authorised people and services.

An account or data-deletion request does not automatically erase invoices, payment records or other information we must retain. We will explain any information that needs to be kept when reviewing your request.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, email support@youpack.in from your registered email address where possible. Include your registered email or phone number and any relevant order or enquiry reference, together with the request you would like us to review.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes by email. The Data requests page explains how to contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above shows when this version was last updated. Please contact us if you have questions about how your information is used.
